Deposit & Payment: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking, due within 48 hours of signing. Remaining balance due 7 days prior to the event.
Delivery: Delivery window begins upon receipt of confirmed image selections. Image minimums are guaranteed regardless of client selection count.
Travel: All packages include one photographer. Travel fees apply beyond 30 miles from Miami, FL — $0.75/mile round trip. Bookings beyond 60 miles quoted individually.
Custom coverage: Custom packages are available for events that go beyond standard coverage — extended hours (3+), multiple rooms or venues, a second shooter, same-day preview delivery, or destination events.
